SpyMobile is designed for parents to monitor their own minor children and for family members who consent to share their location. Monitoring another adult without their knowledge or consent may be illegal in your area. Always make sure everyone in your circle is aware they are sharing, and follow the laws in your jurisdiction.

Yes. Transparency is central to our design. Every member sees a clear indicator that location sharing is active, and they can view exactly what they share and with whom. We do not offer a hidden or stealth mode.

SpyMobile works on recent versions of iOS and Android. A web dashboard is also available for viewing your family circle from a computer.

Location accuracy depends on the device, GPS signal, and surroundings. In open areas with a good signal, accuracy is typically within a few meters. Indoors or in dense cities it may be less precise.

We use battery-optimized location updates that balance freshness with efficiency. Most users see only a modest impact on battery life, similar to other navigation apps running in the background.

Children and teens can pause sharing, and you'll be notified when sharing is paused. We believe this honesty is healthier than secret monitoring and encourages open family conversations about safety.

History retention depends on your plan — from 1 day on the Free plan up to 1 year on Premium. You can delete history at any time.

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

SOS lets any member instantly share their live location with the circle and send an alert when they need help. It's meant to complement, not replace, emergency services — always call local emergency numbers in a true emergency.
